Happy Thursday, Smoky Mountain Lovers!
Guess what I saw on Monday, when I was at The Gatlinburg Lodge at SmokyMountainViews.com! Under the eave of the roof over the screen room, an absolutely perfect spiderweb was glistening. One of these days I have got to get you a picture of The Wears Valley Chalet at SmokyMountainViews.com , but I didn't visit that cabin this week, and I just couldn't pass over this photo opp. The dark clouds gathering above the Smokies only threatened... we didn't get any rain. Aren't they beautiful, though? Of course even the deck can't escape the attention of our rigorous cleaning crew, so the spiderweb is now gone, but that's what pictures are for. Unfortunately, my camera phone and I are not the best of photographers, but it's pretty hard to mess up the Smoky Mountains and I thought it was cool that you could see the spiderweb faintly, up in the top right corner. Hope you like the photo!
